6-Months Money-Back Guarantee

Water Flow Innovation LLC (“WFI”) offers a 6-month money-back guarantee on its FCD product, subject to the terms outlined below.

If, within six (6) months from the date of purchase, the customer is not satisfied with the performance of the FCD, the customer may request a refund of the full purchase price paid to WFI for the FCD, excluding installation, removal, shipping, and any third-party service costs.

To qualify for a refund under this guarantee:

• The FCD must have been installed and, if returned, removed by a licensed plumber, in accordance with WFI’S written instructions and specifications.
• The customer must notify WFI in writing of their intent to return the product within six (6) months of the installation date.
• The FCD must be returned in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted, to WFI within thirty (30) days after notice of the refund request.
• WFI may request performance data or reasonable documentation to confirm that the product was used as intended and to assess the basis for the return.
• Upon return of the product and confirmation of eligibility, WFI will issue the refund within thirty (30) days.
• This money-back guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not apply in cases of misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or damage caused by third-party equipment or services.
• Proof of purchase must be provided with the refund request, such as an original invoice or receipt issued by WFI or an authorized distributor.
